PROGRAM
The Latino Leadership Education and Development Program (LLEAD) is designed for Hispanic Professionals representing the full spectrum of organizations and industries. As one of the few corporate programs designed and delivered by Latino executive development professionals, LLEAD provides a supportive and challenging forum for self-assessment, honest feedback and career development and ongoing results.
OBJECTIVES
Research has shown that career paths, success factors and expectations differ for professionals from diverse backgrounds. LLEAD addresses the unique interplay between the Latino experience and changing organizational realities. Through extensive assessment and feedback, participants discover what styles and strategies strengthen their leadership. During this four-day program, participants identify priorities and develop realistic and effective approaches for personal and professional growth.

Day 2 - Organizational realities and Latino cultural values. Feedback to enhance decision-making and managing others.
Day 3 - Confidential one-on-one feedback session with an executive coach.
Day 4 - Establishing priorities and setting action strategies for continuous development.
