Dr. Rick A. Morales

Dr. Rick A. Morales is President of Morales Associates, an organizational consulting firm that specializes in executive development, organizational effectiveness, and transcultural leadership. An applied sociologist who utilizes action-learning to guide change. Rick was formerly on the faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership. He has worked with hundreds of managers representing a broad range of national and international firms in the manufacturing, retail, service, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, agribusiness, aerospace and entertainment industries in the USA and abroad. By linking leadership and team development to strategic business objectives, Morales Associates has helped move diverse and multicultural clients to the next level of competitive advantage, such as: Avery-Dennison, Cable ONE, Charter Communications, Eastman-Kodak, Walt Disney Company, IKEA North America, Nike, PepsiCo, TRW Space & Electronics Group, and The Central America Coffee Company. Mr. Juan T. Lopez is President of Amistad Associates, a management consulting and organizational development firm which offers leadership development, strategic planning & need assessments, executive briefings, seminars, training, and consulting services in the areas of "Managing Diversity." Amistad Associates facilitates individual programs, as well as large-scale strategic change management to help organization's shift their cultural roots. Amistad Associates approaches each organization as a unique system, and provides consultation and training on diversity interventions.
